Your responsibilities
- Detailed understanding of how to properly create effective and focused test plans and test matrixes for hardware and software products.
- Be part of the development process and devise test processes and strategies based on product learnings.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish best possible test coverage for the product.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions testing including time and scope involved.
- Perform the required testing and prove that the software/hardware meets the requirements and is worthy of our users.
- Collaborate on user facing debugging with the product owners as well as others.
- Work directly with our developers to ensure proper feedback and facilitate accelerated development.
- Hold bug review meetings to ensure that all bugs are tracked, prioritized, and closed in a timely manner.
- Develop and automate tests for software/hardware validation.
- Prepare detailed defect reports and report test progress.
This is you
- Experience in software/hardware development processes and testing.
- A degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Current understanding of best practices regarding testing methodologies such as regression testing, smoke testing, and integration testing.
- A good understanding of customer experience and product user interactions.
- Ability to collaborate with various department members to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed test plan.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems.
- Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws in a constructive and positive manner.

Your performance is remunerated with a market-compliant salary of minimum EUR 2,600 (full-time, 40h per week), which we will adjust to your experience and qualifications.
